Our dues pay a management company to run the day-to-day: collecting assessments, handling repairs and vendors, and enforcing the rules. Here is who that is now, who it was before, and what owners across Las Vegas say about them.
Nevada Community Management. Its website now brands it New Vision Community Management.
Known as CMG. Managed Indigo before NVCM was brought in.
Ratings and reviews are from each company's public Google listing as of October 2026. They come from owners in every community each company manages, not just Indigo, and they are the opinions of their authors.
NVCM's reviews are split. Many praise individual staff members and the payment help desk. The low ratings center on communication, fees and fines.
“They raised their monthly HOA fees without proper notification.”
“HOAs are four months behind on financials.”
“NVCM failed to file our community's paperwork with the State on time and cause our community to fall out of good standing.”
“It's interesting how the owner of this company seems to respond to the 5 star ratings consistently, while largely ignoring the 1 star ratings.”
“Putting in paperwork for home improvements are smooth and easy with great help from staff.”
“Easy way to pay HOA fees, and get information. Great team!”
CMG's Google rating sits below 2 stars. The same complaints come up again and again over nearly a decade of reviews.
“They never answer the phone. It sometimes takes them over a week to call back if at all.”
“Two street lamps have been broken and not repaired.”
“The home values in my neighborhood have dropped because they do not enforce the rules; weeds are everywhere, lamps are destroyed.”
“Nobody does anything, and it's pretty much impossible to to get a hold of anyone. But they sure love to collect money.”
“They provided out of date rules and regulations (from 2019, when they'd been updated in 2022.)”
“CMG manages our development of 77 homes and is doing a fantastic job!”
When Indigo switched from CMG to NVCM, it may not have been the clean break it looked like. We could not find any public announcement of a merger or acquisition, but the public records overlap.
If you know more about how these two companies are related, or the dates each managed Indigo, please let us know.
The Better Business Bureau lists CMG's corporate office at 9500 W Flamingo Rd, Ste 204, the same suite NVCM lists as its corporate office.
Indigo's own Architectural Guidelines, created in 2012 and revised in 2014, name Nevada Community Management at that same suite as the association's management company. See the guidelines
NVCM appears as Nevada Community Management LLC, NVCM, LLC and New Vision Community Management, depending on where you look.
Under the CC&Rs, the Board runs the association and may hire a manager to do the work. That means owners can hold both accountable.
“The landscapers are not managed by the Management Company. If the landscapers are not doing their job, the Board of Directors could cancel their contract.”
Indigo owners have dealt with both. A review from someone who lives here carries weight with the next buyer and the next board.
