Buyers, agents and management companies all read Google reviews. Honest reviews from owners protect our property values by pushing for the upkeep Indigo deserves.
Name the problem and where it is: the park grass, the waste stations, the rats, the parking.
Describe conditions you've seen yourself. Facts carry more weight than anger.
If things get fixed, update your review. Credit where it's due keeps this fair.
